How Monthly Case File handles your email and related information.
What we collect
When you claim the free case or buy a paid case, we collect your name (if you give it) and email address, plus basic technical details such as referral source when available.
How we use it
We use your email to deliver the letters and printables you requested, and occasionally to send related Monthly Case File offers, new case announcements, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Who sees it
Email delivery runs through AWeber. Payments for paid cases may run through WarriorPlus and their payment processors. We do not sell your email list.
How long we keep it
We keep your subscriber record while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, AWeber retains suppression data as required for compliance.
