Where letters arrive

• 1 Check your inbox for mail from hello@monthlycasefile.com. That address sends Letter One and later envelopes.
• 2 Check spam, promotions, and updates once. Add hello@monthlycasefile.com to your contacts so later letters stay out of junk.
• 3 Free Case: Letter One soon after signup; Letter Two the next day; Letter Three the day after. Paid drip: Letter One after purchase, then about every 5 days. Unlock-all: all six after purchase.

If Letter One (or a paid letter) never arrives

1. Wait about 30 minutes (email can lag), then refresh inbox and spam.
2. Search for monthlycasefile or Silver Bloom (free case) or your case title.
3. Confirm you used the same email at signup or WarriorPlus checkout.
4. If nothing after about an hour, email support: hello@monthlycasefile.com. Include the address you used and whether it was the free case or a paid case name.
